Every month you will receive a box containing 23 to 25 pounds of the most delicious hand selected beef assortment you have ever tasted. Our beef is raised right here on our ranch, so we can confirm with 100% certainty that it will never contain hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is grass fed and grain finished for amazing marbling. Every month, your beef will begin aging to perfection for 14 to 21 days the day it arrives at the processor. It will then the masterfully sliced and individually wrapped in vacuum sealed packages, and then immediately frozen to ensure freshness during shipping. We ship our beef within 10 days of processing using specialized foam shipping containers and gel packs or dry ice where necessary.
