Quarter Beef – Premium, Grass Fed, Grain Finished, Aged to Perfection and Butchered to your Specifications

- Our cows are grass fed in open pastures.
- Our Cows receive no hormones, antibiotics, implants etc. (You can do your own research on all of that).
- About 3 to 4 months before processing, the cattle are supplemented with grain (corn, oats, barley, etc.). This adds marbling to your steaks.
- At no time are the cattle moved into a feed lot, they will be left on pasture their entire life.
- Once the cattle have reached optimal weight and condition, they will be sent to the processor.
- For the quarter beef, cuts are preselected by Voss Cattle using the most common cuts (1″ steaks, 4 lb. roasts, 1.5 lb. ground beef packages)
- At the processor, the beef is hung and aged from 14 to 21 days before being butchered, vacuum packed, boxed and delivered to your home.
- **Note that at current processor volume, beef delivery is approximately 3 weeks from drop off at the processor, but that is subject to change.
We’re offering this for a flat fee of $1100 with a $150 deposit to reserve a quarter. The remainder of the cost, minus this deposit will be due upon delivery.
This includes processing AND delivery to your home in or around Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Waco or East Texas. (Not available outside of local delivery area.)
